How it works
Two ways to a protected document.
2. Right-click
Right-click a file or folder, protect it.
In File Explorer, a right-click is enough. The protected copy appears right next to the original, and Zecretly does not need to be open.
You restore a protected file or text the same way. The report shows exactly what was changed.

Yes. Protecting and restoring run locally. Keys are stored encrypted on your own computer.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and emails in .eml and .msg format.
Open the protected file with Zecretly again. The local case file puts the real values back.
Paraphrases, text inside images and scanned PDFs without a text layer are not read reliably. With PDF, the layout is lost.
The current phase is for Windows first. Zecretly is coming to the Microsoft Store.
